At this location the minimum age for following car groups are: Car groups A, B, C, K - Any renter with a valid drivers license of a least 12 months. Car groups D, E, P, F, G, I, J, M - aged 21+ Car groups H - aged 25+ A young driver up to the age of 24 are subject to a young driver surcharge.

A valid driving license from the renter's country of residence must be presented in person at the time of rental. This license must have been held for at least 12 months prior to the rental pick-up date. Foreign visitors must also present their valid passport. A valid International Driving Permit (IDP) must also accompany all driving licenses printed in a non-Roman alphabet. All forms of documentation must be issued to the same person, in the same name, and presented together at the time of rental.

An additional airport service fee will apply to vehicle pick-up at Ben Gurion Airport, as detailed in the rental agreement. This fee will be calculated based on the rental duration and the actual terms of the rental.

Avis Israel accepts Avis Charge Cards, Air Travel, American Express, Diners Club International, MasterCard / Eurocard, Visa. The renter must present a credit card bearing his/her own name. The card must have embossed digits with a suitable credit limit which will be determined during the rental procedure. Avis reserves the right to confirm the renter has suitable credit coverage to ensure payment in the event of damages and/or theft to the car. For the avoidance of doubt, full responsibility for credit coverage is solely the renters. Pre-authorisations and Security Deposits The main driver must present at the rental station a credit card valid, bears his name, available credit line and pin code to ensure payment of all charges that may apply. Minimum deposit will be between 700 USD to 3,000 USD (except Li Coverage that will require minimum of 2,500 USD deposit). For the avoidance of doubt, full responsibility for credit coverage is solely the renters.

Public liability insurance is in accordance with the insurance laws of the country. Customer may inquire at the time of rental for additional information of the benefits, conditions and acceptance. Information not available at this time, please check at time of rental. Note: Some credit cards provide insurance coverage, with certain limitations, as a benefit of using the card to rent vehicles. The customer is advised to contact the card issuer before the rental. Any waiver must be discussed directly with the location upon arrival.

Please note that you are not allowed to enter into Area A (areas that are under the civil and security control of the Palestinian Authority), or enter into any place the entrance to which is dangerous or is prohibited by any competent authority whatsoever. One-way Rentals: The rented vehicle may be returned to any AVIS rental branch. Returning the vehicle to the Ben Gurion Airport branch will be charged an additional fee of 39 USD

Third Party Liability Waiver (TLDW/LI) is included in the rates. TLDW is for customers relying on their credit card coverage. Please note: Customers whose credit does not cover insurances will need to purchase CDW and TP Coverages on the site or on the counter. Collision Damage Waiver (CDW) is mandatory (taxable) CDW Coverage damage/accident to the Avis car or third party¿s car. In any case, deductible will apply, from USD $450.00 to USD $990.00, depending on the car group. CDW Does not cover under carriage or tire damage. Theft Protection (TP) is mandatory (taxable) TP Coverage Theft of Avis car. In any case, deductible will apply, from USD $450.00 to USD $990.00, depending on the car group. TP will not cover negligence (example: Keys left in car resulting in car being stolen, etc.) Global insurance coverages are always subject to change. Please verify at time of rental.
