대여위치의 이용약관
- Fines and charges We recommend you check the Internet to find out about any restricted areas before you travel. Websites such as https://europa.eu/youreurope/citizens/travel/driving-abroad/road-rules-and-safety/latvia/index_en.htm provide useful information. If the rental location is in or near a restricted area, we will tell you about it when you pick up the vehicle. We are unable to tell you about any other restricted areas. While driving in Latvia, all drivers must follow the local road and parking rules. In case of any traffic violation, traffic tickets by the Police are provided for Ideal Services Ltd. All expenses regarding the traffic fine and its administration will apply on customer charges. If a fine or charge is sent to us because you haven't paid a charge or complied with the law, we will take payment for: Our administration fee of EUR 35.00 for each fine or charge issued to cover our costs of dealing with the fine or charge; and the actual amount of the fine or charge imposed. While driving in Latvia the drivers must follow the local road and parking rules. In case of a traffic violation, Ideal Services SIA will receive the request from the Police and will provide all the information about the driver. Keeping the vehicle interior clean Please note the following: You are not permitted to smoke in your rental vehicle. If we believe anyone has smoked in the vehicle during the rental period, a specialist cleaning charge will apply. If the interior of the vehicle is especially muddy, dirty, stained, or smelly, and our standard cleaning procedure will not fix it, you will be charged a specialist cleaning charge of up to EUR 200.00. If you have an accident In case of an accident/damage which occurs during the rental period, Lessee shall immediately report the accident to the police and/or Lessor. If you do not complete a required accident report form, or we find out the accident report form contains any significant missing or incorrect information, then you will be charged an accident processing fee of EUR 35.00.
- If you want to pick up the vehicle and return it to a different location, an additional fee will be payable. If you asked for a one-way rental when you booked, the fee will be included in your total rental price. If you didn't ask for a one-way rental when you booked and you want to return the vehicle to a different location in the same country, you can expect pay an additional fee of EUR 35.00. Drop offs at a different location must be agreed with us in advance. Please contact us if you would like to understand what additional fee will apply to a one-way rental in circumstances where it didn't form part of your original rental agreement. If you did not request a one-way rental but return the vehicle to a different location, you will be charged a one-way fee at the 'pay at location' prices available on the day you return the vehicle. One-way rental charges are quoted at the time of reservation. - Non-cancellation Fee if customer does not cancel the reservation before the pick-up date/time or does not pick-up the car within 24 hours of agreed time, a non-cancellation fee of 60.50 EUR will be charged. No Show Fee 35.00 EUR for failed delivery or collection.
- Minimum renting age - Car Groups B - Minimum age of 19, Car Groups C, D, E, F, H, I, K - Minimum age of 21, Car Groups G, J, L, M, N, O - Minimum age of 25 The minimum of 1 year driving experience to rent a car. Young driver surcharge will be applied to driver and additional drivers under age of 25 years of 10 Euro per driver per day (Maximum 10 day charge).
- AFTER-HOURS RETURNS Accepted Park & lock the car. Place the completed contract & the keys in the key drop box. Remember to take your personal belongings with you.
- All drivers must present a valid driving license and issued at least one year ago, as well as a PASSPORT or ID. International drivers licence required for licenses in non-latin alphabet and for countries that have not joined the convention on road traffic at Vieanna on 8th of November 1968. International driving licence is required with following countries driving licences: United States of America, Canada, Japan, China, Australia
- All rental cars are given with a full tank of fuel. In case of returning the vehicle with missing fuel, refuelling is EUR 2.90 per liter + TAX. Prepayed fuel is optional at Avis counter with regular fuel station prices. With prepaid fuel option (Fuel Up Front) no refund is given for any unused fuel.
- 11% Riga Airport Station Surcharge (Premium Location Fee) applies on total rental charges (minimum 20 Euro) . Winterzation surcharge from October 15 till May 14 is applied of 4.25 Euro per day. All car groups are fitted with winter tires during that period. Out of office service fee (Meet Late Arrival) applies 19:30-08:30 (Mon-Fri), 19:30-09:30 (Sat-Sun) 40.00 Euro per pick-up / drop-off. This service is on request, please contact reservation center or location for service confirmation.
- Accaptable credit cards American Express, Visa, Master/Eurocard. Avis Latvia accepts Avis Charge Cards. Cash prepayments and fixed value vouchers must be supported by an acceptable credit card. For car group J, L, M, N customer must provide Avis 2 acceptable credit cards. *With Avis charge card two credit card requirement does not apply. In case of prepaid rental if you do not collect your vehicle and do not cancel, there is no refund and the full amount of the voucher will be kept as compensation.
- Public liability insurance is in accordance with the insurance laws of the country. Customer may inquire at the time of rental for additional information of the benefits, conditions and acceptance. Information not available at this time, please check at time of rental. Note: Some credit cards provide insurance coverage, with certain limitations, as a benefit of using the card to rent vehicles. The customer is advised to contact the card issuer before the rental. Any waiver must be discussed directly with the location upon arrival.
- Unless we agree otherwise, you are only allowed to use the vehicle in: Estonia Lithuania You'll need to pay a Cross Border Fee for journeys between Lithuania, Latvia and Estonia, this is likely to cost EUR 7.00 per day, up to a maximum charge of EUR 70.00 per rental. Cross border into EU countries please contact our reservation centre at least 5 working days prior booking - customerservice@avis.lv No cross-border rentals out of Baltic States (Latvia, Lithuania, Estonia). No entrance to Belarus, Ukraine, Russia. Cross Border charge out of The Baltic States EUR 515.00 is applied for driving out of The Baltic States without the written permission from Avis Budget Latvia. Please note that if you are permitted to take the vehicle outside of Latvia, it is your responsibility to make sure you comply with legal requirements applicable in the relevant country/countries you travel in.
- Collision Damage Waiver (CDW) This cover reduces all your financial liability for damage caused to the vehicle (Excluding tyres) from the full value to the value of excess*: Groups B/C/D/E - 700 Euro Groups F/H/I/K - 900 Euro Groups G/J/L/M/N/O - 1200 Euro Super Collision Damage Waiver reduces the collision damage and theft excess financial responsibility to 0 Euro in the event of loss or damage to the rental vehicle*. SCDW includes SCDW and STP (Theft Protection) and reduces excess to 0 Euro*. SCDW cost per day: Gropus B/C/D/E - 24.00 Euro Groups F/H/I/K - 30.00 Euro Groups G/J/L/M/N/O * 36.00 Euro Motor Liability Insurance (Included in all rates) Motor liability insurance provides coverage up to 1 mil Euro for property damage and up to 5 mil Euro personal injuries to third parties and passengers. PAI PAI - Personal Accident Insurance covers passengers and some personal belongings. Is available at the counter 10,00 Euro per day Theft Protection (TP) This cover reduces all your financial liability in case of theft of the vehicle from the full value to the value of excess*: Groups B/C/D/E - 700 Euro Groups F/H/I/K - 900 Euro Groups G/J/L/M/N/O - 1200 Euro Super Theft Protecion reduces the financial liability of the renter to zero*. *Exceptions of insurance coverage during the car hire: Damages to the interior, bottom or compartment of the vehicle, tyres, windows Damages caused by snow or ice Any illegal actions or operations Towing and/or pushing other vehicles Races or related training sessions and driving lessons Riding off-road and through deep pools, or at places not designed for road transport Continuation of usage in the improper technical condition of the vehicle, known in advance to the Lessee Driving under the influence of alcohol, drugs or medicine In case of an accident/damage which occurs during the rental period, Lessee shall immediately report the accident to the police and/or Lessor. Global insurance coverages are always subject to change. Please verify at time of rental.
