대여위치의 이용약관
- At this location the minimum age for all car groups is 23 years of age as additional driver, when main driver is 25 years or more (subject to underage and additional driver fee). 25 years with Mastercard, Visa or travel voucher supported by charge card. An underage fee of 5.00 USD per day will apply to all drivers between the ages of 23-25. There is no maximum age.
- AFTER-HOURS RETURNS Not Accepted Rental vehicle must be returned during office hours. NOTE: Some locations may have a key drop available. If the customer chooses to leave the vehicle, the customer is responsible for the vehicle & all charges (including any damages the vehicle may have incurred during after hours) until the contract can be closed on the following business day. If the location does not have a key drop box, the location does not permit vehicles to be left after closing hours. The customer should never lock the keys inside the car. The customer will be charged a fee for a locksmith to unlock the vehicle.
- At the time of rental, the driver must present a valid drivers license in the drivers name from their country of residence. The renters license is accepted for 90 days without additional requirements. After 90 days, the renter will need to obtain a national license. Customers presenting a drivers license in a non-Roman alphabet must also present an International Driving Permit (IDP) to serve as a translation in addition to their valid drivers license. - Avis accepts American Express, MasterCard and Visa. An additional charge card hold will apply for all car groups, of 300.00 USD to 5,000.00 USD, plus the total amount of rental, depending on protections customer accepts at the beginning of the rental. For additional details, contact reservations.
- Public liability insurance is in accordance with the insurance laws of the country. Customer may inquire at the time of rental for additional information of the benefits, conditions and acceptance. Information not available at this time, please check at time of rental. Note: Some credit cards provide insurance coverage, with certain limitations, as a benefit of using the card to rent vehicles. The customer is advised to contact the card issuer before the rental. Any waiver must be discussed directly with the location upon arrival.
- Cars can be returned to other Avis locations within the same cities. One-way rentals are subject to availability and one-way fees may apply. Vehicles are not available for one way rentals outside this country. Cars are not allowed outside of the country.
- Loss Damage Waiver (LDW) or Partial Damage Waiver (PDW) is optional If LDW or PDW is not purchased, the customer is liable for the full value of the Avis vehicle. Purchase of LDW provides coverage to the Avis vehicle in case of damage due to collision or theft provided that the customer complies with the rental agreement terms and conditions. Purchase of PDW requires a deductible, liability for damage or theft is reduced to an amount ranging from 2,000 USD to 3,000 USD, depending on the car group rented. Theft Protection (TP) is included with the purchase of LDW. Additional Liability Insurance is optional. ALI is an Additional protection of Third Party Liability which covers all authorized drivers under the rental agreement of claims made by third parties for bodily injuries, death or damage to property and increases the limits up to 300,000.00 USD according to the terms and conditions of the rental agreement. If LDW or PDW is decline this protection will only cover Third Party Liability up to 10,000.00 USD. Global insurance coverages are always subject to change. Please verify at time of rental. Note: If you require additional insurance coverage you may purchase locally to reduce/remove the insurance excess. Just ask at the Avis rental desk when you collect your car.
