대여위치의 이용약관
- At this location the minimum age to rent is 21 years for all car groups, except car groups F to L minimum age is 25.
- A valid driving license from the renters country of residence must be presented in person at the time of rental. For car groups A-E, license must have been held for a full 2 years. For car groups F-P, license must have been held for a full 3 years. A valid International Driving Permit (IDP) and passport is also required. Both forms of documentation must be issued to the same person, in the same name, and presented together at the time of rental. An International Driving Permit (IDP) serves only as a translation of a driver's existing license, and by itself is not acceptable for vehicle rental.

- Avis accepts Avis Charge Cards, Mastercard, Visa. A Security Deposit will be held on the charge card ranging form 250.00 EUR to 1000.00 EUR depending on car group rented.
- Public liability insurance is in accordance with the insurance laws of the country. Customer may inquire at the time of rental for additional information of the benefits, conditions and acceptance. Information not available at this time, please check at time of rental. Note: Some credit cards provide insurance coverage, with certain limitations, as a benefit of using the card to rent vehicles. The customer is advised to contact the card issuer before the rental. Any waiver must be discussed directly with the location upon arrival.
- What countries am I allowed to take the vehicle to? Avis cars are permitted outside of Kosovo borders. Albania, North Macedonia, Serbia and Montenegro: Free European Countries: An additional Green Card Insurance will be provided to the renter. A EUR 10 daily charge will apply for any European Union Countries capped at EUR 100. Customer must inform renting office for any Cross Border travel. Bosnia and Herzegovina is restricted.
- Collision Damage Waiver (CDW) is included in rate The renter's liability is reduced to an amount ranging from 500.00 EUR to 1500.00 EUR depending on vehcile rented. Theft Protection (TP) is included in rate The renter's liability is reduced to an amount ranging from 500.00 EUR to 1500.00 EUR depending on vehcile rented. Note: If you require additional insurance coverage you may purchase locally to reduce/remove the insurance excess. Just ask at the Avis rental desk when you collect your car. Global insurance coverages are always subject to change. Please verify at time of rental.
- Debit cards are not accepted.
