대여위치의 이용약관
- The minimum age to rent a vehicle is 19. However, minimum age requirements vary depending on the vehicle category. The applicable age restriction will be provided during the booking process. Young Driver Fee Drivers aged 19-26 are subject to a Young Driver Fee and vehicle availability may vary depending on the driver’s age. The Young Driver Fee is TUL 655.00 per day (excl. VAT).
- Additional Driver Fee: TUL 140.00 per day for each driver.
- AFTER-HOURS RETURNS Not Accepted Rental vehicle must be returned during office hours. NOTE: Some locations may have a key drop available. If the customer chooses to leave the vehicle, the customer is responsible for the vehicle & all charges (including any damages the vehicle may have incurred during after hours) until the contract can be closed on the following business day. If the location does not have a key drop box, the location does not permit vehicles to be left after closing hours. The customer should never lock the keys inside the car. The customer will be charged a fee for a locksmith to unlock the vehicle.
- Renters and additional drivers must have held a full driving licence for at least one year. Depending on the vehicle category, a longer driving licence holding period of two or three years may apply. The applicable requirement will be provided during the booking process. Each driver must show photographic proof of identity or their passport at the start of the rental. All drivers must present a full and valid driving licence which has been held for at least 1 year. The licence must be valid for use in the renting country. International customers must show their passport at the begining of their rental. Otherwise due to Turkish regulation and police restrictions car wouldnt be provided. If your licence is in non-roman alphabet you must provide an International Driving Licence. International driving licence is required for non-Roman alphabet licence holders.
- Car seats The fee for renting a seat is TUL 265.00 per day. Winter Tyre fees vary depending on the vehicle category, ranging from TUL 275.00 to TUL 975.00 per day, subject to a maximum rental charge of TUL 4125.00 to TUL 14625.00 (excl. VAT).

- Avis Turkey accepts all major credit cards. Debit cards and GEB Billing Credit Cards are not accepted. Pre-authorizations and Security Deposits Unless confirmed otherwise, the amount of the pre-authorisation taken on pick-up of the rental vehicle is calculated as follows: (The vehicle rental price* + Between TUL 5,000.00 and TUL 10,0000.00**) * The "vehicle rental price" includes the vehicle rental cost and all optional extras you've requested, calculated at the start of the rental based on the intended length of the rental. For the avoidance of any doubt, any "Pay at Location" amount you owe in relation to the vehicle rental (including any optional extras) will be included as part of the pre-authorisation and will be charged to you at the end of the rental (using the card provided for the purposes of the pre-authorisation, unless agreed otherwise). The Between TUL 5,000.00 and TUL 10,000.00 is included as part of the pre-authorisation in case we have to charge you at the end of the rental for any of the following: i. costs to refuel the vehicle (where relevant). ii. additional rental charges in circumstances where you fail to return the vehicle or any optional extras at the end of the agreed rental period or to the agreed return location. iii. any additional charges or fines you incur relating to your use of the vehicle (which we have been notified of prior to you returning the vehicle, which will include, for example, charges relating to traffic violations); and/or iv. costs incurred as a result of exceeding any relevant mileage restrictions. Where the pre-authorisation we take does not cover the charges you incur, we will request you make a further payment for the additional amounts owed. - Public liability insurance is in accordance with the insurance laws of the country. Customer may inquire at the time of rental for additional information of the benefits, conditions and acceptance. Information not available at this time, please check at time of rental. Note: Some credit cards provide insurance coverage, with certain limitations, as a benefit of using the card to rent vehicles. The customer is advised to contact the card issuer before the rental. Any waiver must be discussed directly with the location upon arrival.
- Avis cars are not permitted to travel outside of Turkey.
- Collision Damage Waiver (CDW) If Collison Damage Waiver is declined, the customer is responsible for the full value of the vehicle. The responsibility can be reduced to 50000.00 TUL for economic groups/ differs between 50000.00 TUL and 400000.00 TUL for remaining car groups by purchasing CDW. Responsibility of damage may also be reduced to zero if renter also purchase SCDW together with the CDW and TP. SUPER Collision Damage Waiver (Super CDW) 350.00 TUL per day for A, B, N, F car groups; 455.00 TUL per day for O, P car group, 585.00 TUL for D, J, H car groups, 745.00 TUL for G,C,L,I,M car groups; 925.00 TUL per day for E car group; 1300.00 TUL per day for luxury car group; reduces excess to ZERO (prices excl VAT) Super CDW reduces the excess to zero. The applicable daily fee varies depending on the vehicle category and ranges from TUL 350.00 to TUL 1300.00 per day (excl. VAT). Theft Protection (TP) If TP is declined, the customer is responsible for the full value of the vehicle. The responsibility can be reduced to 50000.00 TUL for economic groups/ differs between 50000.00 TUL and 400000.00 TUL for remaining car groups If a theft protection is purchased, responsibility may also be reduced to zero if renter also purchase SCDW together with the CDW, TP and STP. SUPER Theft Protection (STP)Super TP reduces the excess to zero. The applicable daily fee varies depending on the vehicle category and ranges from TUL 275.00 to TUL 1050.00 per day (excl. VAT). Security Deposit (Compulsory) A security deposit is required at the start of each rental. The amount varies depending on the vehicle category, ranging from TUL 5000.00 to TUL 15000.00, and must be secured by credit card. The security deposit will be refunded to the renter following the end of the rental and safe return of the vehicle, confirmation that no traffic contraventions have been applied during the rental. Security deposit may take up to 15 days to be refunded.
