대여위치의 이용약관
- The minimum age to rent or drive an Avis vehicle is 21. The maximum age is 80. For renters or drivers 75-80 years of age a medical certificate is required.
- At the time of rental, the driver must present a valid driver's license in the driver's name from their country of residence. Customers presenting a driver's license in a non-Roman alphabet must also present an International Driving Permit (IDP) to serve as a translation in addition to their valid drivers license.

- Avis accepts the Avis Charge Card, American Express, MasterCard, and Visa. At the time of rental we will request a pre-authroization on your charge card. The pre-authorization varies according to the responsibility waiver option selected. If CDW is accepted the charge card hold is the estimated rental charges plus 250.00 USD. If CDW declined the charge card hold is the estimated rental charges plus 1000.00 USD. All Holds are released at the end of the hire providing there are no outstanding charges to be had. Some credit cards provide insurance coverage, with certain limitations, as a benefit of using the card to rent vehicles. The customer is advised to contact the card issuer before the rental. Any waiver must be discussed directly with the location upon arrival.
- Public liability insurance is in accordance with the insurance laws of the country. Customer may inquire at the time of rental for additional information of the benefits, conditions and acceptance. Information not available at this time, please check at time of rental. Note: Some credit cards provide insurance coverage, with certain limitations, as a benefit of using the card to rent vehicles. - Collision Damage Waiver (CDW) is optional. Purchase of CDW reduces the renters financial liability (NWE) in case of damage to the Avis vehicle. Purchase of CDW does not cover damage to tires, rims, hub caps, glass and upholstery. If CDW is accepted, the Non-Waivable Excess (NWE) is 250.00 USD. If CDW is declined, the customer may be responsible for up to the full value of the car. Other coverages may be available, check at the counter for availability and additional details. Global insurance coverages are always subject to change. Please verify at time of rental.
- Debit cards are only accepted for final payment.
