대여위치의 이용약관
- At this location the minimum age is 25 for all car groups.
- AFTER-HOURS RETURNS Not Accepted Rental vehicle must be returned during office hours. NOTE: Some locations may have a key drop available. If the customer chooses to leave the vehicle, the customer is responsible for the vehicle & all charges (including any damages the vehicle may have incurred during after hours) until the contract can be closed on the following business day. If the location does not have a key drop box, the location does not permit vehicles to be left after closing hours. The customer should never lock the keys inside the car. The customer will be charged a fee for a locksmith to unlock the vehicle. *GENERAL DIRECTIONS* Unmanned Counter AIRLINE PASSENGERS Avis counter is located outside customs. This is an open air location. Customers will be met at the airport during business hours, provided flight information is included on reservation. A shuttle service is available to take you to our off-airport location for your rental car. WALK-UP SERVICE - Not Available.
- A valid driver's license from country of residence is required. International driving permit (IDP) is required only for countries with non-Roman alphabet to serve as a translation. Drivers must also obtain a local driving license at the beginning of the rental. The local driving license is valid for 3 months and may be obtained at the Avis counter for 20.00 USD.

- Avis Antigua accepts Avis Charge Cards, American Express, Diners Club, Mastercard , Optima, Visa. An additional charge card hold will apply. At the time of rental we will request an authorization on your charge card for the total estimated rental charges.
- Public liability insurance is in accordance with the insurance laws of the country. Customer may inquire at the time of rental for additional information of the benefits, conditions and acceptance. Information not available at this time, please check at time of rental. Note: Some credit cards provide insurance coverage, with certain limitations, as a benefit of using the card to rent vehicles. The customer is advised to contact the card issuer before the rental. Any waiver must be discussed directly with the location upon arrival.
- Cars can be returned to other Avis locations within this country based on car availability. Vehicles are not available for one way rentals outside this country.
- Collision Damage Waiver (CDW) is Optional Customer is liable for full value of the Avis vehicle if Collision Damage Waiver (CDW) is not taken. Purchase of CDW reduces liability to an amount between 1,000.00 USD and 2,000.00 USD depending on car group rented in the event of an accident to the Avis vehicle. Theft Protection (TP) and Fire Protecion in not available Note: If you require additional insurance coverage you may purchase locally to reduce/remove the insurance excess. Just ask at the Avis rental desk when you collect your car. Global insurance coverages are always subject to change. Please verify at time of rental.
- Debit cards are not accepted.
